I stayed at one of the very cheap hotels in Edmonton ---the Sutton Place Hotel. Not only it is located in the heart of the city from where I could roam around remote corners of Canada too.
I also enjoyed travelling different parts of Canada including the city of Banff, Alberta, which attracts millions of travelers every year due to its beauty and varied wildlife. Snowy mountain peaks left a mesmerizing picture in my mind.
Lake Louise adds beauty, history and culture to this city. This 126 year old city was initially ruled by Parks Canada.
I reached this town via Trans Canada Highway and the very first site I was tempted to see was Banff National Park which is a UNESCO world heritage site.
Shopping local handicraft at Banff Town was also wonderful. This is the best place for having a cultural break specially if you go at the time of festivals.
